How We Work!
We will take care of the entire project for you. All you have to do is contact us and we can guide you step by step through the process of choosing your product, obtaining an quotation and then ordering and installation.

Our guide below will show you how the process works when choosing to contact WM Flooring in as simple as 3 easy steps.
Step 1
Use our contact us page to make your initial enquiry and we will respond to you with either a call or email to discuss your requirements and generate a bespoke quotation for you.

We will refer you to our product page should you require WM Flooring to supply your materials for your proposed project.
​
Step 2
If you choose WM Flooring to carry out your project we will then advise you the process to accepting your Quotation.
Once the deposit is paid and order secured a booking will be made for a suitable installation date based on the product lead time and availability. This will be sent to you in writing on your invoice.

Step 3
We will carry out all works agreed for your new floor covering to be installed and take care of all the heavy work so you don't have to worry about a thing! Just sit back, pop the kettle on and enjoy your stunning new floor.

When it comes to installation, we cover Aberdeen City and Shire. Further areas can be covered upon request at the time of quoting for your project.

Lifting your existing floor, prepping the sub floor/area, laying underlay, grippers or screed... This is no issue for our experienced installation team. We have over 10 Years experience of lifting and laying all floor types as stated above and can cover your project needs from start to finish.

We will always take away any waste and even do a final hoover on your new carpets once installed as part of our Quality Guarantee Checks to make sure your finished floor is perfect from the day it is laid.
